The room was brand-new and well furnished, with a marvellous view of the beach and ocean. The breakfast was affordable, had a very good stay by our next visit.

Had very relaxing stay in this luxurious hotel, the staff were excellent, location was lovely on beach in a cabana. Liked the room with a view, my bed was great. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, a wide array of food. Location: the property was next to the new coffee shop, the ocean and Mauna Lani with friends.

Great location, plenty of attractions nearby. Lots of recreation and relaxation options. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. Spacious comfortable rooms with lovely views. Quiet atmosphere. Convenient local shops and supermarket. Highly recommended to friends and family.

The weather was glorious during our stay. the location was stunning, very close to Mauna Lani restaurant and a beautiful Hawaiian beach. - the view from our room over the mountain was unforgettable.

During my Christmas stay, I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of organizing everything at the hotel. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Golfing was made easy by the pro shop, and the wedding organizer, Stasha, ensured that our special day was stress-free and memorable. The dinner at the hotel was fantastic, with delicious food and a great selection of wine. Another advantage I enjoyed was the beautiful beach offered by the hotel.

Additionally, the hotel's location was quite far from Kona/Hilo, making it difficult to access tour companies or arrange pick-up services. A rental car is a must in this case.

Seaside Ocean Grill and Bar offers great drinks. Good pools, popsicles by the pool at 3:00pm. Huge and nice Standard room. Shallow water great for kids. Warm and blah pool but great bar service. Amazing sunsets!

The complementary drinks and snacks on arrival were delicious! We also loved the secluded location, with stunning views of the ocean. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

The pool was crowded and noisy. We were expecting a romantic escape, but it felt more like a family resort.

We loved the openness of the resort and the outdoor dining. The food was excellent, with options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel facilities were impressive, with its own beach and pool area, as well as extensive areas for working out or going for walks. The gym had a great range of equipment and there were also swimming pools and tennis courts available. The cleanliness of the resort was outstanding, with staff constantly maintaining the property. We also appreciated the attention to sustainability, such as the use of paper straws in drinks and refillable water coolers poolside. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we always had what we needed.

The friendly staff provides excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The resort boasts a variety of facilities, including a fantastic pool and bar, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. In addition, the delicious breakfast options at the main restaurant are a great way to start the day.

The high food and beverage costs may deter some guests from dining at the on-site restaurants and opting for more reasonably-priced options elsewhere.

Our stay at this hotel was pure luxury. the exclusive amenities provided were exceptional, from the infinity pool to the beach access with sun loungers and umbrellas. the restaurant offered delectable cuisine with in-room breakfast and packed lunches that were a great convenience for us. the live entertainment was a bonus to our exceptional stay, and we took advantage of the Spa and wellness centre for a relaxing massage.

The only minor issue we experienced was in the service where we felt the staff could have been a bit more attentive and knowledgeable about the area. we highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious facilities, excellent location, and impeccable restaurant experience.
